The first time Noctua revealed the modified bars for more effective cooler contact with the chiplet-based Ryzens was just a few days ago, at Computex. The NM-AMB bars are now available in stores and Noctua is revealing more details about them. They are primarily designed for the AMD AM5 platform, but older AM4 processors are also supported. Alongside the upcoming generation of 140mm fans, Noctua also showcased a dual-tower cooler at Computex 23 that will outperform (and perhaps later replace) the current top model, the NH-D15. We’ve kind of expected these things as they appeared on roadmaps. The big surprise were the brackets for better cooler contact with atypical chip layout on AMD Ryzen processors. Cooler Master’s marketing around its latest CPU cooler builds on the use of “superconductive” heatpipes. Their structure should differ significantly from the designs in older coolers, and CM is talking about a tangible increase in efficiency, while not being afraid to put its own cooler in the confrontation. The latter, like all the others, may be somewhat buried or at least handicapped by this, but who knows… maybe it will be a proper evolution. The LT720 cooler is the top of the range from DeepCool. It is a classic 360mm liquid all-in-one cooler that should offer an interesting price/performance ratio. At first glance, it will catch your eye with its visual design that combines simple geometry and a mirror effect with RGB backlighting. At first glance, DeepCool’s latest liquid coolers don’t seem to be any different from the older LT SE models, but there is one significant difference, and that’s in the pump speed. The latter is slower, quieter and yet should not cause a significant drop in cooling performance. And then there’s the attractive price, a model with a 360 mm radiator fits into a hundred euros. DeepCool wasn’t afraid to experiment and moved the intake fan to the exhaust position in their line of the most powerful tower CPU coolers (Assassin). This was done for the sake of, among other things, 100% memory compatibility, which is very rare in wide coolers. However, such a change in the airflow pattern through finning will also have an impact on cooling efficiency. The latter is improved in Assassin IV, for example, by a sealing shroud. Today I would like to introduce you to the Lumen S28 RGB liquid all-in-one cooler from Fractal Design. This cooler attracts with its discreet and simple design, which can be easily enlivened with RGB LEDs and uses an atypical build with a pump in the radiator. So the question remains whether this solution is an effective enough alternative against conventional AIO coolers with a pump directly in the block, which of course I intend to test in today’s review. DeepCool has added two CPU liquid coolers to the LT series – a model with a 360 mm (LT720 WH) and 240 mm (LT520 WH) radiator. Their WH end designation is important, as it stands for the word “White”. This is in fact the opposite of the traditional, black variants. The design details remain virtually unchanged, and the point of these new coolers is to create alternatives for users who prefer brighter, more vibrant stuff. Today I would like to introduce another liquid all-in-one cooler from Endorfy. After testing the Navis F240 ARGB and Navis F280, it’s now the turn of the biggest brother of these coolers, the Navis F360. As with the other coolers in the updated Navis series, here you’ll also find the good old Endorfy Fluctus fans. The Aquafusion ADV 240 is the first AIO cooler from Enermax that I have the pleasure to test. The subject of today’s review is also the interesting white design variant, which in combination with the RGB backlighting of the fans and the infinity mirror effect on the cooler block looks really premium. The price of this cooler comes out to an affordable 105 EUR, which could provide a solid price-performance ratio if it performs well in tests. If there’s anything missing in the relatively oversaturated range of CPU coolers, it’s a properly powerful top-flow model. The Chinese company Jiushark now brings one such cooler. Although it is not a completely original design (there already has been a similar cooler), it currently makes a rather unique impression. Neither small nor big, just Kotetsu Mark. The latest, third version of this CPU cooler comes with support for AMD AM5 and Intel LGA 1700 platforms in particular. In terms of body design, the Kotetsu Mark III sticks to the features of its predecessor in many ways, but at least one change with the new heatsink raises questions. The answers are perhaps the features of the Kaze Flex II fan, which will eventually be used in this line (of Kotetsu coolers) as well. Many small coolers designed for SFF systems that are compatible with the AMD AM4 platform can’t be mounted on AM5. The NH-L9a(-AM4) top-flow cooler also made the list, and Noctua had to modify its mounting system. The implementation is quite clever, the work is already done and the old-new coolers, whose design is basically unchanged, go on sale. The new DeepCool LS SE coolers go on sale relatively soon after the LT series models were introduced. Given the very similar parameters, this is an alternative that offers a particularly different look. Mainly in the fact that in this case, fans with ARGB LEDs are used, but the design of the water block cover is also significantly different.
