The fin surface area of the DeepCool AK700 Digital NYX is quite large, even though it is cooled by a single fan. This may be attractive for those who prefer tower coolers (typically over liquid coolers) but still want the best possible memory compatibility, which many dual\u2011tower designs obstruct.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Here we have a cooler design that has the potential to handle high\u2011performance processors while also offering above\u2011standard compatibility with surrounding components. <\/p>\n<div style=\"margin: 5px 5px 15px 5px; padding: 5px; border: 1px dashed #549AFF; background: #f4f8fe;\">At the outset, it should be noted that this article does not contain any temperature measurements, as you might expect. Due to technical reasons, we currently cannot perform them. However, when it comes to measurements, we do have acoustic spectrograms (all the way at the end). These were recorded quite some time ago, in January 2026, and some things have changed since then, which is why only a few results are available instead of many. The spectrograms were recorded <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hwcooling.net\/en\/msi-mag-coreliquid-a13-360-high-tdp-lighting-and-low-price-review\/2\/\">according to the testing methodology described in The larger it is, the closer a symmetrical heatsink sits to the first PCIe \u00d716 slot. Or, in a horizontal orientation, potentially to the memory slots that the cooler may already cover. <\/strong><\/h6>\n<h2>Details of the DeepCool AK700 Digital NYX Cooler<\/h2>\n<p>You\u2019re dealing with a tower\u2011type cooler whose heatsink\u2014specifically its fins\u2014is roughly 70 mm wide. In other words, the cooler is relatively wide for a single\u2011tower design. The fan faces the challenge of pushing air through a longer path, so it could be said that it benefits from higher static pressure. And the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hwcooling.net\/en\/analysis-of-deepcools-efficient-120-mm-fan-the-fd12-review\/\">FD12 V1<\/a> model does indeed have higher static pressure.
