MS Flight Simulator July update test: More than twice the FPS

The announced update to increase performance in MFS is out, and we have a “before” and “after” comparison for you. Developers has worked to ensure that the processor does not significantly bottleneck the GPU. So far, the performance of the graphics card did not matter much, because only a fraction of its potential was used. But newly, you will achieve better performance on low-end hardware than you did before on a top-end rig.

Nvidia plans GeForce RTX 5090 SE graphics. A chance for gamers?

A few days ago, we reported that the previously canceled GeForce RTX 5080 Super card is once again on track for launch. It was expected to be the fastest model in the Blackwell refresh lineup, but Nvidia is apparently preparing another model above it. Welcome, Adam! 18 years of experience in graphics card testing

Join us in welcoming Adam Vágner on board HWC today. Of the authors I know, he’s the most experienced with graphics cards. That’s what he’ll be covering. Thus, graphics card testing will be taken over by a tester who’s been doing it for a long time (and intensively). This is the approach we pride ourselves on and will continue to do so.
