The Intel Arc B580 is currently the most powerful model in Intel’s new generation graphics card lineup. The ASRock Steel Legend 12GB OC version offers more efficient cooling, very low noise levels, and striking ARGB lighting compared to the base models. Its performance beats the RTX 3060, but it falls behind newer rivals. Compared to cards like the RTX 5060 or RX 9060 XT, it stands out more for its larger memory than for its price-to-performance ratio.
Clocks, Temperatures & Fan Speeds—F1 24, 2560 × 1440
The following graphs show monitoring data from the F1 24 benchmark at 2560 × 1440 resolution with Ultra settings. This involves laps on the Singapore map in wet conditions. Unlike other benchmarks, this is not several loops with cooling breaks between loads but a sustained gaming load during a five-lap race lasting over ten minutes.
The measured values shown in the graphs are taken from the final lap, when the card is fully warmed up.
The average clock speed is again at the maximum boost of 2850 MHz.
The card’s power consumption is slightly lower at 185 W. In 4K, it reaches 199 W, indicating that something is clearly holding the chip back from running at full capacity.
The average temperature of the warmed chip peaks at 66 °C according to monitoring, while the memory stabilizes at 70 °C after warming up.
Peak fan speeds were slightly higher, reaching 1250 RPM.
