You like a bit of mystery—we know that. So, in that spirit, we’re launching a contest about something you’ll have to guess. We won’t tell you what piece of hardware it is. But it’s nothing you can’t figure out from the clear clues we’ll give you. We’re confident our readers will find this anything but difficult. In fact, it should be very easy. Are you already starting to recognize “it” just from the cover photo?
What’s up for grabs…
We’re not saying what the prize is—you need to figure that out. But we’ll give you a few hints to help. To determine the category of the component, you can use the clue from the headline: It blows, it glows… what is it? Pretty straightforward. Now, which model is it? We’ll note that we wrote about this new component… back in February 2025. That should be enough. The winner gets three units—a triple pack.

Send us a message with the correct answer to this riddle. Email your guesses to info@hwcooling.net with the subject line “Contest, Summer 2025”. The deadline is September 5, 2025 (23:59 CEST). At that point, the contest ends, and we’ll select the winner (someone who guessed correctly and got lucky in the draw). The name will be posted in the window below. And just to make sure you don’t miss it, we’ll follow up with an email asking for your shipping details. This contest has no geographic restrictions—you can enter from anywhere in the world, and we’ll ship the prize to you.
