Documentation of what took place at SPŠ Stará Turá. The students of the school encountered the most modern technologies. To ensure it wouldn’t remain only a short-term conference that is already over, we also handed over “hardware” tools to the teachers, which they can use in teaching specialized subjects. A lot really happened, and some of it we captured with a camera, with the results published in the gallery of this article.
We came to the right place, as revealed by the building’s facade with printed circuit boards. The whole school is tuned into this theme, and every step radiates interest in knowledge in the field of electrical engineering. This—this sentence—was not dictated to us by anyone, it’s simply the reality. Proof of this are also the school’s remarkable successes within its own Trenčín region.
But now to what was organized on October 7, 2025. A kind of, let’s call it, “rehearsal” of the HWCooling Techtour (2025), which preceded the nationwide broadcast that will take place shortly after (October 9, when, if you watch the conference, you’ll be able to get an even clearer picture of the matter itself). We brought a lot of hardware to the school, and the students learned new information directly from experts from companies, including Nvidia—the conference was opened by Igor Staněk (Nvidia).
Thanks to the education department of the Trenčín self-governing region, we were able to produce large-scale boards/posters for schools (not only for SPŠ Stará Turá, but for all specialized schools in the region that showed interest in participation) with breakdowns of a graphics card, a power supply, or a PC case. That is, for the things that were also the topics of the conference itself.
In return for the opportunity to be physically present at the school, we also left the school with hardware samples, which they will likewise be able to use as aids in teaching. And the students didn’t leave empty-handed either—those who were active were rewarded with a MSI GeForce RTX 5060 Ti Ventus 3X OC graphics card, or an Endorfy Supremo FM6 1000 W power supply, or an Endorfy Arx 700 Air PC case. Just add a few more components and the build is complete! 🙂
