We’re aware and working on it. Technical issues on HWCooling

Our most active readers have noticed that it’s not possible to submit comments, log in, or register on HWCooling.net. Yes, these are the current issues the website is struggling with. And they’re giving us headaches too – we definitely want to fix them as soon as possible. Of course, we’re not indifferent to the situation and are working on a solution as much as our time allows. On the “reader-only” level, everything should be fine with no major limitations.

It is what it is. Neglecting certain things has led to a number of complications that make operations more difficult – not only for us in the editorial system, but especially for you, the readers.

An outdated editorial system and various related elements are causing the website to fall into error states during certain operations, and the action then doesn’t go through. For example, a comment might not save, you might not be able to register or log in (and likely encounter many other complications stemming from technical neglect of the website). It might not happen every time or under every circumstance – some things may still work – but you may run into unpleasant surprises.

In the editorial team, we’re doing everything we can to fix or rather salvage the situation. Due to many other obligations, we’re unable to resolve these issues immediately, but sooner or later everything will definitely be working again – and we hope better than ever before.

We apologize for the current situation, which is lowering the user experience quality on HWCooling.net. If you’re just browsing the website, things should be pretty much fine. It’s worse if you want to contribute – by posting a comment or similar. That may not be as straightforward right now. However, this is by no means intentional, and we’re genuinely sorry about the state of these features. For at least some form of interaction, you can contact us at in**@*******ng.net. We’ll gladly answer any questions we can.

On behalf of the HWCooling editorial team, Ľubomír Samák thanks you for your understanding.

HWCooling moderator? AI spam in comments is increasing

If you want to help the magazine, you can. With the number of various automated advertising comments increasing, we would gladly expand the team with a colleague who would moderate them. This would, of course, save us time that we can invest into articles. And it doesn’t have to be only about deleting comments. Any initiative that leads to a higher technical standard for HWC is welcome. Read more “HWCooling moderator? AI spam in comments is increasing” »

Join the HWCooling team! We’re looking for a news report writer

Fans, coolers, cases. These are the primary topics for which we’re looking for someone active—someone who follows the news and enjoys informing others about it in a punchy yet information-rich way. The basics are therefore clear, and if reliability—specifically meeting deadlines—is added to that, then it’s exactly what we’re interested in. If you see yourself in this, get in touch and maybe we’ll come up with something together. Read more “Join the HWCooling team! We’re looking for a news report writer” »
