Thanks to the lower power consumption of the GeForce RTX 5060 Ti and the use of more compact printed circuit boards in the new GeForce RTX 50 series, Gigabyte offers cards with a unique design in the WindForce 2X and Eagle model lines. Their PCB extends only halfway along the PCIe slot. This allows the use of a compact dual-fan cooler with an unobstructed heatsink behind the rear fan, which delivers excellent cooling performance for its size.
Clocks, Temperatures & Fan Speeds – F1 24
The next benchmark series comes from F1 24, run at 3840 × 2160 resolution with Ultra settings. The benchmark consists of five laps on the Singapore track in wet conditions. Unlike other benchmarks, this one applies continuous stress, with no breaks in load between loops, keeping the card consistently warm.
The clock speeds differ from those in Cyberpunk by less than twenty megahertz. Once warmed up, the card maintains relatively stable clocks between 2745 and 2760 MHz, with an average of 2752 MHz.
Power consumption monitoring (light green) again shows the card hovering around its 250W limit.
Average GPU temperature once heated up remains around 72 °C, and memory temperatures hold steady at 70 °C.
Fan speeds slightly increase to 1850 RPM. Given the thermal headroom, a quieter fan curve would have been possible.
Based on the power consumption graph, the card appears to be held back by its power limit, though symptoms also suggest the voltage limit may be at play.
