AORUS GeForce RTX 5080 MASTER 16G sits at the top of Gigabyte’s air-cooled RTX 5080 lineup. The side LCD on the cooler shroud stands out, and the box even includes a fourth fan. Build quality is robust and premium, and the stock overclock is higher than you usually see on OC variants. Not everything is perfect, though—the out-of-the-box fan tuning could be better, and those extras do push up the price.
Clocks, Temperatures & Fan Speeds—F1 24 (Performance)
The next test use the F1 24 benchmark at 3840 × 2160 resolution with Ultra settings. It’s a five-lap run on the Singapore track in wet conditions. Unlike the other benchmarks, this one is a continuous load—there’s no drop in workload between loops, and the card stays heated the whole time.
The clocks differ from Cyberpunk by units rather than tens of megahertz. The warmed-up card maintains a clock in the range of 2842 to 2887 MHz in the measured section, with an average of 2775 MHz.
According to monitoring (light green), the card’s power consumption is around 354.0 W. The total PC power consumption is then 480.8 W on average.
According to monitoring, the GPU’s average temperature peaks at 66.2 °C, and the memory reaches 66 °C.
Fan speed topped out at around 1,875 rpm. At that point you can’t call it quiet—noise levels are above the average for graphics cards.
GPU Boost clock is limited by power limit practically throughout the test.
