Fluid Motion Frames now also for Radeon iGPUs, leaves preview

Last year AMD released FSR 3 frame generation, of which a simplified version that doesn’t use game vector data is also usable globally on the GPU driver level as the AMD Fluid Motion Frames feature. It can be used in all sorts of games that lack their own FSR 3 (or Nvidia’s DLSS 3) support. This technology will soon make its way from beta to standard drivers, and it now even works on integrated GPUs, including gaming handhelds. Specs of the integrated GPU coming to Zen 4 Ryzen CPUs leaked

One of the drawbacks of the higher-tier Ryzen processors (3000X, 5000X models) is that they do not have an integrated GPU. However, this should change with the new 5nm Ryzen 7000 generation with Zen 4 architecture. AMD hasn’t announced it yet, but according to numerous leaks, this generation will also already provide integrated graphics. Now another proof has emerged and also some indication of its specs. Intel Arrow Lake processors – high performance iGPU with 320 EU

Last week we’ve covered a leaked Intel processor roadmap showing Arrow Lake, Lunar Lake and Nova Lake processors that are to arrive after Alder Lake, Raptor Lake and Meteor Lake. We said to take it with a grain of salt, as that was the first time the Arrow and Nova codenames have shown up. But shorty after, more information on Arrow Lake has come up that could prove its existence. Looks like the mobile will pack a very fast iGPU. From now on, we also test performance of CPU and iGPU

We’ve decided that it would be reasonable to put some performance tests to our reviews of all products that have some computing power. We will keep focusing on operational features and we will continue to analyse them in depth, of course. We are just adding a general illustration of performance for better orientation so you do not have to look for it elsewhere. Read more “From now on, we also test performance of CPU and iGPU” »
