Gigabyte GeForce RTX 5070 Ti Aero OC 16G Review: White Elegance

The Gigabyte GeForce RTX 5070 Ti AERO OC 16G targets gamers moving away from flashy RGB setups and pitch-black components, opting instead for an all-white aesthetic. Its elegant design and massive cooler take it clear that it’s built for demanding gamers who want more than just the best price-to-performance. Beyond its unconventional look, it also delivers slightly higher performance thanks to factory overclocking and excellent operational characteristics.

Following tests are from the F1 24 benchmark at a resolution of 3840 × 2160 with Ultra High settings. With this configuration, the GPU is running at full load. The benchmark consists of five laps on the Singapore track in wet conditions. Compared to standard benchmark tests, this is a longer, continuous load, meaning there are no drops in load or temperature between test loops.

Once again, the frame rate difference between the two BIOS versions is minimal, at just 0.2 frames per second—well within the typical measurement deviation.

The difference in GPU clock speed is only slightly larger than in the Metro Exodus benchmark.

In terms of power consumption, the card stays exactly at the power limit.

With higher fan speeds, temperatures remain below 64°C. This is well below the threshold where the control system starts throttling performance due to temperature.

After warming up, the fans once again run slightly faster than in Metro, reaching around 1,670 RPM.

According to monitoring, the boost has been limited by the set power limit the entire time.
