Gigabyte Radeon RX 9060 XT Gaming OC Ice 16G Review: Solid White

If black PC builds bore you, you’ll be pleased that the selection of white components is growing. Gigabyte has newly added Radeon RX 9060 XT and RX 9070 XT Gaming OC models in an Ice variant. Their core specs and features match the classic Gaming OC models; the less traditional look combines a white shroud with grey and silver accents. And since they rank among the most affordable models, they’re among the best-value white cards.

Satisfactory runs on Unreal Engine 5.x and uses technologies such as Nanite and Lumen. We test it using our own custom settings, which exceed the global maximum settings.

Tests with TSR are conducted in native resolution (no downscaling); with FSR and DLSS, both native resolution and supersampling with Balanced quality settings are tested.

AMD Releases New Budget CPUs. Even for the AM4 Socket

It looks like whole ten years since the time AMD officially launched the AM4 platform (initially for the Excavator architecture and only on the OEM market, in 2016), a new CPU will now be released for this socket. But not a completely new one. AMD has now released two configurations that did not previously exist, but are based on 2020 and 2022 silicon, and the first of them is coming to the older platform using DDR4. Next-gen Radeon GPUs: RDNA 5 architecture clock targets leaked

2027 is approaching with new generations of GPUs, although they will be delayed compared to the previous two-year cycles. AMD has GPUs with the new RDNA 5 architecture coming, which could incorporate fairly major changes compared to today’s RDNA 4 based  GPUs, as well as a new manufacturing process. AMD Chipset Cards Adding PCIe, SATA Lanes Emerge in China

Although chipsets are considered a specialized component characteristic of motherboards, a chipset is actually not all that critical (or even required at all) on AMD’s AM4 and AM5 desktop platforms. Chipsets such as the B650 are just bridges that expand PCIe 4.0 (and SATA) connectivity. And as it turns out, they can do this as add-in cards as well.
