At the top of Asus’ new Radeon lineup is the TUF Gaming Radeon RX 9060 XT 16GB GDDR6 OC Edition. A large cooler with three fans, combined with a smaller, more power-efficient GPU, allows the card to deliver excellent cooling and low noise levels. It’s one of the quietest and best-performing RX 9060 XT models available. The only downside is its price, which reaches the level of entry-level GeForce RTX 5060 Ti 16GB cards.
Clocks, Temperatures & Fan Speeds – Metro Exodus Enhanced Edition (P mode)
The next set of tests comes from Metro Exodus Enhanced Edition using Extreme settings at 3840 × 2160 resolution.
GPU clock speeds ranged between 2739 and 2967 MHZ, averaging at 2837 MHz.
GPU power consumption held steady at the 182 W power limit, the average power consumption of the whole PC was 289,1 W.
Temperatures are worse here, with memory seeing the worst deterioration, but they are still far from thermal limits – GPU reached 63 °C, memory heated up to 92 °C and the hotspot maxed out at 84 °C.
Maximum fan speeds during peak loads hit 1175 RPM.
