When the RTX 5060 Ti launched, we tested one of Gigabyte’s cheaper Eagle models. Today we’re looking at the better-equipped RTX 5060 Ti Gaming OC from the same manufacturer. It uses a larger cooler and is quieter at the same temperatures. The price uplift over the base models is modest, and prices across brands are nearly identical. Even so, it faces stiff competition from Radeons, which are highly attractive alternatives.
Noise level, operating characteristics—Metro Exodus Enhanced Edition, 2560 × 1440 (Silent)
And finally just the last set of tests from the Metro Exodus Enhanced Edition benchmark at Extreme settings in Silent mode.
The performance difference is 0.2 fps, which is rather within the margin of measurement error.
The average clock dropped slightly from 2801 to 2788 MHz, with a minimum of 2760 MHz and a maximum of 2805 MHz.
The card’s power draw is again below the power limit, and in the last half minute you can again see the drop.
Considering the card’s noise level, the temperatures are once more excellent, with the GPU holding at 72.4 °C and the memory peaking at 68 °C.
Fans run only up to 1820 RPM.
And diagnostics report that the card is hitting the reliability voltage limit.
